CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

You speak spanish? I've tried learning it but never got the hang of it. Were you bilingual from a young age or did you have to learn it?

Jk. You make me laugh. I love it. No I dont actually live there, but they really should do something about those sticky floors. They are nasty. And i just go there a lot.
Ya i speak spanish. No i wasn't born into it, at a young age i got really interested in it, and from there i have gone. I will talk to fluent people and they ask me if i am a spainard or mexican or something.

how long did it take you to learn? was it hard? I have a list of things I want to do this year and learn Spanish is one of them.

Porgue and por gue are two different words. It says why do you want to learn or comprehend spanish. Its easy. You need to let the information be easy, dont make it hard.

after awhile, the words automatically start translating in your head. It may be hard to catch onto at first, but then it gets really easy. Well it is for me, and i have had it for 10 years.

Oh, HAHA! Yea I guess I was way off. I want to learn because my mom grew up knowing spanish and having to learn english. But because we were moving around I was never around the spanish speaking side. I feel like I'm missing out.

Yea, Im experimenting with the person. He was in nothing at first, and im not sure about the hat. Oh well.
