How to Burp

Hello,

This is an easy and simple method that I use to make me burp. I have found that holding in my burps are difficult, and have caused me heart issues. But, burping would help tremendously.

Step 1. Lie down flat.
Step 2. Sit up, and try to burp as you sit up.

That's it folks, it just takes two steps.

I have the strange ability to "gulp" or swallow air into my stomach, and then, of course, burp it out.
Weird I know. I also can force a burp when I have over eaten or taken to many sodas.
