  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Hello! I just wanted to introduce myself and say that I am looking forward to getting to know you all better. I enjoy talking about Christ and learning the Bible better as well as talking about silly stuff with other Christians. My walk with Christ has really taken off over the last year and I'm looking forward to further growth. I realize that God uses other people to help train us up into ministry and so I am not beyond being corrected if I ever step out of line... I am married to an amazing man of God who completes me. I am young, but I'm also a lot of fun :D Thank you for giving a space here so that new people can introduce themselves!

Yes...I'm finding it is HUGE. Can I ask one question? What's the difference between a rep and a blessing?

Reputation is when someone thinks one of your posts was inspirational, or deserved recognition. The amount of reputation you can give someone is automatically determined by the amount of reputation you already have, plus your post count. You can give reputation straight away, but you won't be able to change other people's rep count until you have at least 1,000 rep points and 100 posts.

For example, if I were to give you rep:

Every member has = 1 point
+ my post count in thousands = 7 points
+ my reputation in thousands = 12 points

= I can give you 20 reputation points

Blessings are different. They come out of the total amount of blessings that you have (repping someone doesn't diminish your rep - it can't go down, only up) and you can choose how much to give them. Any amount (whole numbers lol).

Hope this helps a little! Here is more info:

Reputation
Blessings

Okay...next question...what is the daily click limit mean? o_O

I believe that means how many people you have repped today. There is a limit - you can only rep 10 people in 24 hours, then you have to wait. The click limit tells you have many you have repped and how many more you can rep. Also, you must rep another 10 people (I think) before repping the same person again. This stops anyone from just repping friends because the function means a lot more than 'easy reps'. :)
