Hi, I'm Jennifer and I also suffer from Bipolar, Bipolar II and it isn't fun. I had an episode the other day and I should have come here but when I'm in that state of mind I just don't think when Bipolar hits. I also suffer from other mental illnesses and neither is fun. Thanks for letting me join and hope to get to know everyone.

My mil had made me mad and all I could think about was either throwing things across the room, I wanted to bust in televisions, I really wanted to go up to my mil's and bust in her televisions too and whatever else I could get a hold of, but I held myself back which was very hard to do. I called my psychiatrist and she said "there is something that is triggering this", we don't know what it is as of yet.

Hi Jennifer good hearing from you - yes triggers can be hard to find, though I found not everything is triggered sometimes rage will just consume us for no good reason at all.


I hope you will learn good coping skills as they are essential for the survival of this affliction

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome!!! Always glad to meet new people here! it has been a bit quiet lately but is starting to pick u0p. I pray you find this place the wonderful accepting and supportive place I have!
