• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

It is a blessing to find this online community. Though the Lord reached out to me many years ago with His love and saving grace, my growth in Him has been small. I am hoping that it is not too late, and look forward to getting to know others as we walk with Jesus.

So glad you are getting a lot from this support site! Growth is never even and always uphill, it is like success and full of valleys and loops and surprises/troubles. Think of how many times a toddler falls in midst of learning to walk. We are learning to walk this Christian life and as long as we get up again, and try again, we are succeeding. Redemption takes a moment but sanctification takes a life time. Becoming like Jesus takes time and He is patient with us, as we are with little ones. He understands our weakness and yet did not sin so He could become the perfect sacrifice, knowing we can not be perfect, and loving us always! His love is a gift and never has to be earned. <3 The more we rest in that, the better we actually will become because we are doing our work because of love, not to earn it, and we then do all in His strength, not our own. Just love those around you and show mercy and grace to them as Jesus does to you and all will be good in the end. Notice I did not say easy tho, life isn't easy at all, but choosing to follow Christ will make it better. <3 Blessings to you dear!
