Just thought I would stop in and say hello and let you know...
my husband of 26 years died suddenly and unexpectedly of cardiac arrest at the age of 50.
I believe he is present with the Lord.
I have 3 children... ages 22, 19 and 15.

God is carrying me...
but I would appreciate some hugs.

I only just saw this. I am really sorry FallingWaters, may the Lord wrap his arms around you and you children, may you know his comfort his love and his strength.

Yes... especially in the first 2 or 3 weeks.
We're still eating food that people brought... I had to freeze a lot of it because there was so much.

I still have a lot of administrative work to do. I just noticed tonight that the electric bill and phone bill are in my husband's name.

That is wonderful. I am glad you have caring people around you.

Ow. Still I am pretty sure it is something the utility companies are used to dealing with. May the Lord give you strength, grace and clarity as you go through all admin work and red tape. Jesus is with you in this and he loves you deeply.
