So I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hi. I am currently attending an episcopal church in search of whatever it is that is calling me. My first time was interesting because everything was very ritualized. The churches I have went to in the past were vibrant and loud, full of music, halleleujas, amen, and hugs. I feel like it isn't exactly what I'm looking for but somewhere in between. If you couldn't tell by now, I am new to my faith. I swear the Lord whispers in my ear constantly, I decided I needed to follow where ever it may take me. If this seems confusing, I'm sorry. I feel very lost right now and all I want is to find the place that I should be. It is so frustrating. I know the Lord will guide me to the right place, but I am so impatient. So I wait here, praying

I was in your shoes not that long ago. You will find most everyone has a reason for picking their church/denomination. Just pray. Ask God to lead you to a bible based church and He will send you to the Church he needs you in. Until then just start exploring the churches around you. If you feel comfy stay a little while explore their adult sunday school, evening worships, and any missionary or outreach programs they have. Make sure you understand the church before you join it. When all is said and done, and you have visited a few churches, you will have a greater understanding of why God choose the church he did for you. God Bless you.

How do I add friends and do things to my profile?

Go to the top of any page and click on control panel (right by the green dot). From there look to the left side and click on Edit Profile/Mychristianforums.com Homepage You should be able to fix up both your profile and homepage.

To add friends - on one of their posts click on their name and you should see a drop down list. Scroll down to the Add to my buddy list.
