  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ah, Hell, what's this got to do with it?

LOTS! Old Testament is filled with the times God judged Ancient Israel for their pagan practices. Do you think pagan practices will go unpunished today?

Matthew 7

13 Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. 14 For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it. 15"Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
16"You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they?
17"So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit.
18"A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20"So then, you will know them by their fruits.
21 Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.
22 Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?'
23"And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS

Yes. Catholics got it from Egypt -> Babylon -> Rome and then forced the Jewish people to wear them. It is the same symbol of the sun "god" disks from Egypt

I'm quite surprised Israel did not bring the kippah directly from Egypt. They certainly brought the golden calf and other paganism from Egypt and they brought easter services (and likely christmas celebrations) from Babylon.

Kippah is from the sun "god" disk worship. It should be rejected the same as obelisks, crosses, and other such pagan symbols. The cross was a pagan symbol before Yeshua and was used by the pagan "god" tammuz (AKA: ra, mithra, ba-al, etc.)

Why do you defend the kippah and claim it did not originate from paganism? Ancient Israel routinely participated in paganism and even had easter sunrise services in the Holy Temple long before Yeshua was born --- a celebration of tammuz
If that little doodah above his head is suppose to be the disk and related to kippot - well I've never seen anyone wear their kippah that way unless the wind blows it up and the clippies keep it from flying away.

I entitled it as tammuz and his cross. I never even mentioned a kippah in relation to tammuz. I was showing what other pagan objects were brought back from Babylon.

Where did you get that I said tammuz was wearing a kippah?

I didn't have any problem either. You may have your security set very high, I use the setting just below the max.

So catholics wear zucchetto is in reverence to God?

monk zucchetto - Google Search

It is a pagan symbol out of Babylon (which took it from Egypt) Judaism calls it a kippah, catholics call it a zucchetto. It represents the nimbus which is around peoples' heads to represent deity or divinity. Nimbus is common in catholic pictures although came directly from Babylon.

Justifying it as a "symbol of God" is how mainstream justifies all the symbols they have come to use to worship God. When Israel did it to the brass serpent, it was destroyed because it was never meant to be a symbol for worship.

Wearing the sun "god" disk is only one place removed from shaving the hair in a circle which God said to not do:

.

Do you actually believe that?
