I guess the way you see 'condemn' and the way I see it are two different things.

So God is just in sending Billions to torture?
Yes. If you sin against an eternal God, it makes sense that you shall be punished for eternity. The punishment must fit the crime. Think of it as an eternal life sentence. We give life sentences on earth, all the time for crimes committed against non-eternal beings, why should God not have the same freedom to give sentences that are eternal, just as He is eternal? Why are you trying to limit God and His power?
