  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

But, at the same time when all knowledge is gifted by god and god knows everything before it will happen and everything is part of a greater scheme, how can there be any free will? It's contradictory.
Do you have the choice to love God or not? Evil is done! We make evil and we allow evil. How is that not free will. The fact is, If you want to do something bad you can and you do! Just like I do! Why do you challenge God? Why do you challenge his will? His will to make things right on our behalf or on the behalf of the suffering. For some have ill will. What does that say about you? He give us the place to throw our temper-tantrum in boundary's, but he doesn't allow any spoiled brats into heaven. Another way to look at is. You are at home and someone knocks at your door. You answer, The person at the door says, could I come in. What would you say to the stranger? (Truth) Truth is you would say just like God would say I don't know you. Why would I let you come into My house? Lets ask this question, Would you let a person live with you that didn't love you or to stay for any length of time that wouldn't conform to the ways of the home? You might try not knowing one's heart ,but knows your heart

I believe that we will know our family and friends in Heaven BUT I dont believe that we will remember those of whom we knew who did not make it. Only God will know. But I do believe it is our obligation to God to do what we can to lead our loved ones to Christ before its too late. I dont think we can call it LOVE if we dont care enough to care about their eternity which WE believe exist (Heaven or Hell). For those who choose to turn their backs to God even when we try to lead them, then we have done our part and they have made their choice and all we can do is keep praying for them. I had a freind who was 41 who recently died. But before he finally passed away, he died at the hosptial. He had been gone a number of minutes and when he came too, he told his dad that he had seen his grandparents in Heaven. They were on a porch swing and well. If you believe (which I do) then I believe that God gives people a glimpse of Heaven and lets them return to share their story as a way to help others open their minds and believe. This friend of mine that died was a outstanding Christian. In saying that I mean, he misson was always to win others to God without coming across as pushing Jesus down somones throat. He was just amazing. So therefore to hear him say he seen his grandparents, was very touching and heartfelt and hopeful to those of us who knew him.
