I don't know if any of you ever think about this, but I sometimes have this odd fear that when we all get to heaven (ie the end of this world and everything made good), that the cycle will start again and we will fall again or something bad will eventually happen again.

I know there isn't any basis for that type of thinking, but sometimes I still get worried about that happening. How can we go through all eternity without some other bad mishap in some way? I sure hope there is no Tree of Knowledge!

Dear Galadriel. We have the Bible, God`s Word to us. God is Love and God made Man in His image. Adam and Eve, our proto-types, were with God in the Garden of Eden. All seemed alright, until temptation in the guise of the Serpent, tempted Adam and Eve with lies and promises. We all know the out come: they were banished to Earth, and our lives are not an easy one.
In time Jesus came and told us about our Heavenly Father, who wants us back again: we have to learn to become as God wants us to be.
In Matthew 22: 35-40: Jesus tells a Lawyer: " The first and great Commandment is: Love God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. The second is like it: Love thy neighbour as thyself." Then Jesus states this great truth: " On these two Commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets. God wants to be Loved with all our beings, and our neighbour,
i.e. all we know and all we meet, WE have to love as we love ourselves.
Jesus will give us His Love and Joy, and the Holy Spirit will empower us with His Love, also. ( Matthew 7: 7-8) We keep asking God and thanking God for Love and Joy, and then we share it all with our neighbour.
God wants us to become loving and caring people, we have enough time to achieve this, and
we have the choice to follow God`s Commandments of Love, or ignore it and go our own way. We know that Heaven is God`s Kingdom, and Jesus told us
that God wants our Love, freely given and No conditions made. We know that Jesus will help and guide us: because JESUS IS THE WAY. The key to Heaven is Love and Compassion, and we know that God want us back. Therefore
I sincerely believe that God wants us back with Him, and Jesus told the Disciples after God had raised Him : " I go and prepare a home for you in my Father`s House of many Mansion:" ( John: 14: 2-3 )
I say this with love, Galadriel. Greetings from Emmy, your sister in Christ.

It would appear as if God failed the first time, and had to have a back up plan.

This is a step into a larger world ...

According to the bible we will start over but it will not be the same as we will not be the same. When Jesus died on the cross we were redeemed from the fall of mankind, although we still have the effects of that in our lives now and therefore, a tendency to sin. But make no mistake--- God wiped away the previous offense. Those of us who believe and have accepted Jesus as the one who has saved us from the everlasting curse walk by faith. Read the book of Revelation especially the last few chapters to be encouraged in this. Believe it and anticipate the fulfillment of the promise of heavenly happiness and joy to come as we, who believe, and many who have passed before us, worship the Lamb of God and live eternally.

Revelation 22:1-5 (NIV) " Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign FOREVER and EVER."

Well, the scriptures make clear that the only reason evil exist is because The Tempter subjected it to evil (via the fall) Romans 8. The "end" or "new beginning" will signify and time when The tempter will be forever be done away with there will not be a possibility of the cycle starting over again, not with the human race anyways. The human race will be given the God nature and the scriptures say that he ( his nature) cannot be tempted with evil. And neither will we.

I'm not sure who you worship, but my God does not fail. By definition, all that our God does is success. He determines success or failure.

He didn't fail, we failed Him.

Heaven will be the end of our desire to sin, or to rebel. There will never again be sin, anger, offense, etc.

However, Heaven will be the beginning of the relationship with God that He always wanted with mankind. Walking hand in hand with the Savior, having jobs perfectly suited for us, loving everyone, envying no one. It will be perfect.

Heaven is the beginning, and it will be the right beginning for the right people, no time, no place in heavens, no wars and no different fighting peoples, no diseases or violations against humanity, Kingdom of heaven is a safe city, her king is Jesus the Christ and he owns an army of brave divine knights and soldiers and it's beyond our understanding or imagination

The Word of Scripture is clear that there won't be any more need for further testing.

Daniel 7:27
Then the kingdom and dominion,
And the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven,
Shall be given to the people, the saints of the Most High.
His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
And all dominions shall serve and obey Him.’

Ephesians 2:7
that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

I know you do. That's why it threw me that you said God had failed or made a mistake.

It's our perception that He did (measure things like a man), that is sin, and separates us from Him. The Spirit of Truth that is in us, loves to explore why this is not, and our relationship to this Truth. It's getting to know our Husband, who alone is is our identity, no one else, or no other Name, than His immeasurable Name.

Many who are born of the Spirit, still do not know where they came from, or where they are going, which is where they are presently. Many who teach from this place, teach confusion out of sincereity, which all works for the good of those who are called to this one purpose who God is to us as our Father, and who Jesus is as our Husband.

Usually, I don't speak to where people think they are, but to where they are going (in this life) which they find is where they are ... In Christ, who is in the Father, who is as the sum of God before the very foundation of the world, or place without sin. Anything that exalts itself above this, is sin, or the peception of man.

Questions are good, when we wait, and listen to Him for the answers, not adding to it or taking away from it with our soul, it then becomes a catching away to us, or a catching up.
