Yeah every one should must choose healthy activities to stay fit and young . My favorite are swimming and cycling because its also helps to keep the body maintain .

Swimming is good I should get back into it I found though after swimming for 40 minutes plus it wore on me mentally.

I like to go hiking, and have been on some good ones in California. Sadly I am currently out of shape, and probably wouldn't do good on a long one. My favorite hike was from our campground up to the Devil's Postpile rock formation. Along the way there was a nice waterfall called Rainbow Falls. I walked that hike with my parents and sister.

Races/Fun Runs! I've discovered these this year, and they are so much fun! Great fun to do with friends, challenge yourself if you want, or just have an easy fun, physical day (5k fun runs). I'm training to conquer the Tough Mudder next year :)

And agreed on Just Dance- I do that for my workout on the days I'm feeling lazy. You can still work up your heart rate and get a sweat in without feeling like you're doing anything!

I used to do a lot of cycling but where I live now doesn't have the rails to trails and mostly cyclists have to ride on the street which is too dangerous. So for now I love hiking and doing P90X (not in full, mostly KenpoX and Plyometrics).
