I love to headbang. But after about a couple minutes i have a huge headache. Kinda like right now. Anyways who are the headbangers in this forum?????

Oh yeah. Head banging is an important part of the concerts. Although you should really learn u're limits so you don't get dizzy & fall down or pass out. Mix up u're head banging with dancing, "singing" along, a little bit of rawk fist, and all that fun stuff so you don't wear out just one set of muscles ...it's better to be sore all over & no voice, then just a dizzy head & sore neck.
