HI! I've been having headaches like everyday. Anyone know what is safe to take or of any natural things. Also could use prayer for them to go away. I have two boys under three years how constantly need me and with headaches it's almost unbarable. Thanks for your help.

I take Tylenol for mine. I would mention them to your OB.

I saw you were talking about swelling; I would try to increase your water intake and see if that helps.

Thanks, I will give that a try. I haven't had an OB appt. yet but I will mention them to the OB. I did read that the headaches can be caused by stress and with two other little ones running around, I do get stressed quite a bit.
I really like LOST too.

Two under three and preggers again. You do know how this keeps happening, right? ;) lol

I would recommend neck/shoulder stretches to help relieve tension - and enlist your hubby to give you neck/shoulder rubs. Tylenol is safe to use as an OTC. Not much else you can do. The hormones could be a factor, too. I've had more headaches this time around pregnant with my daughter than I did with my sons.

Yes I do, it's a lot of fun too!:p. We did safely prevent for a year but then stopped. Low and behold two months after stopping we got pregnant!

angelsamongus - how far along are you? Headaches and swelling are both symptoms of pre-eclampsia. If you're over 24 weeks you need to see your Obgy urgently (don't want to scare you - I had pre-eclampsia and my little one is fine now, but it is a serious condition and needs treatment/monitoring).
Hugs xxxx

I'm only 10 weeks. I gained a lot of water weight with my first two and was just wondering how to prevent it before it got bad. The ob wasn't at all worried the first two times even though I gained so much water. I lost it all pretty quick too, but was very uncomfortable for the last 3 months of pregnancy.

The headaches have decreased, I've been trying not to stress out so much and it's worked for the most part.

You could also try using a heating-pad w/ a damp towel over it on your shoulders/neck to help with reducing tension. I have a history of migraines and since Tylenol works about as well as Skittles do for me, this usually helps a lot. Congrats by the way!

Thanks! Tylenol works the same for me too.
