Having a Panic Attack

Thank you for the prayers, you three. I am feeling much better now. For me, a panic attack comes like a stampede--little by little, I can hear its footsteps. Then, out of nowhere--WHAM!--it hits!

I would suggest that you ask god to cover you in his peace and bind the spirit of fear. You should also try to fast and pray about it and read the word (I struggle with both). I'm struggling with anxiety issues too but it does get better.

Hi, I am new to site and have panic attacks and bad anxiety, made worse by the fact that I suffer from ectopic heart beats quite regularly at the moment. I try to pray about it, but it is difficult to feel God's presence during a bad attack. My love and prayers are with everyone who can relate to what I am talking about!
