I know what you mean. I'm about 350 pages into The Origen of Species, and still haven't come across the part that has Christians so insensed. Biology is very dull imo. Not my cup of tea.

Stephen Hawkings, not yet. I've got his A Brief History Time and the sequel; A Briefer History of Time, but I'm still trying to wade through some of the other egghead books I'm reading, so, haven't gotten to them yet. I think he's brilliant though. I've seen him speak, (on television, with his computer....amazing.)
