To be born again and be with Yeshua and YHWH forever as His loved creation. I need not build anything on this earth or do any works.

“Believe in the One He has sent” (John 6:28-29). Believing in the one He sent means believing that Jesus died for our sins and rose again (1 Cor. 15:1-4). Everyone who believes that is in the Church and will go in the rapture.

I think many go through life wondering what their purpose is in God.. What God called them to be or what God put in them.. So I pose the question for those who know.. What is your purpose and/or how is God using you?

All The Glory Belongs To God Forever!
Here goes but I am not sure any will like the answer....at first. :)

Our purpose, all of ours, is to be conformed to the image of the Son. it is to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. it is to lose "our life", to step off our throne and let Him be Lord as well as savior. It is to become living sacrifices, with Him the potter, the house builder and we the clay, the house. It it to walk with the world, the flesh and the devil under our feet as we stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ has set us free. It is to overcome. So, how are we doing?

When it bothers us that we are far, far from this goal, so far in truth that it is not even taught as possible, let alone our "reasonable service", we will see a hroken church arise from the ashes of religious service and become the people of God who are genuinely free. Free indeed.

Without spot or wrinkle. THAT is our purpose. It is also where we are all headed. Buckle your seatbelts, it is about to get good.

Blessings,

Gideon

Gideon. Thank you for that. This is whats the obvious thing but, I want them to think. Think about how God has or is using them. The pattern so they know how the contribute. Even Jesus knew his purpose and if you all should be like Jesus shouldnt you all

I feel very gracious to have been blessed with an evangelical call. It's my heart to give, travel, preach, and love. Before I accepted Christ, this was who I was. This is a more recent revelation that all the desires of my heart coincide with what God wants ALL of us to do anyway. I thank God every day for it, too.

You would think that what I shared is quite obvious, wouldn't you? That we are called to lose our lives, our wills, our "self". But in truth, if we can admit it, it is not happening, nor being taught. We think the sin issue is over because of the blood, but there is more the blood wants to do for us...set us free indeed. Immediately, after Jesus told us He would set us free, men protested, like they do today: Hey, Who are you accusing of not being free??" Jesus then told them, as He tells us:

"He that commits sin is a servant to sin, and the servant abides not in the house always, but whom the Son sets free is free indeed."

But until we hunger for being brought to that place where our faith can grasp who we are in Christ, new creatures, FREE creatures, not old ones struggling to do the best we can, we may know the obvious, that we are to be living sacrifices, but what we do not know is the "how" to walk it out successfully in a world with real temptations.

God's will for us, His plan, hinges on us putting off the old nature by faith, reckoning ourself dead to sin, and putting on the new nature that not only wants to obey all the time, but CAN obey all the time. Until we do that, we wander, trying to find out what God wants us to DO. What we miss is that He first wants us to BE, for it is then that the doing seems to take care of itself.

The first covenant, the law, said in essence:

"Do, and you shall be"

The new covenant, grace trhough faith, says:

"Be and you shall do"

When we awake to who we are, the "doing" that God manifests through us is going to blow our minds. Praise God!

Blessings,

Gideon

Brittany thats an awesome and complex task. Children. As we give time to them we are not just teacher but, also a mother to them. When we connect to them and feed them the word we can see the Goodness of God demonstrated in them. Glory To God

Knowing who you are in God is powerful in many ways. It says you are aware of how God uses you as individual. This is your personal relationship with God. This relationship creates God given experiences and by those experiences you are truly a Believer.
