As a rule, I only bite peoples heads off when provoked. And I'm learning to let the need to defend my honor (it's a Scottish thing) against jerks, go, as I've gotten older and more magnanimous.

Quinoa is a grain. My mom's really into it now. She gets it at the health store but is talking about growing her own this summer...... (I don't care for it - but I eat it anyway. )

My mother taught me to be gracious. I coudn't critisize something someone offered me if I tried. I would feel too...uncaring?

No, I have never really spent much on clothes. I buy $20 jeans and no more than $20 on a shirt. $50 shoes, and I am set! (Oh, I guess I forgot the unders!)
