Have I just been persecuted?

Hello I am a devout Christian I think I have just been persecuted but I am not 100% sure.


So, basicly I was strolling around the internet and I found some atheist who had a signature that showed the Bible and it said "Weapon of mass distruction"... Now it didnt exactly say "HANITH" on it but I am still extremely offended and it's left me this entire day making me feel useless and persecuted.

You saw something somewhere that confirms that not everyone believes what you do about the Bible. Why do you feel 'persecuted' by that?

That person wasn't persecuting you,he/she was just showing the rest of us how shallow he/she is.

Actually, The Pew Survey and other studies of religious knowledge show that atheists know as much as, or even more than, most Christians do. The problem is many Christians do not really think in depth about their faith or study or fully understand the tenets of their own religion, whereas many atheists have studied, explored and thought about them.
