Has there ever been "a land of Righteousness", or is that strictly future?

Isaiah 26:10 Let grace be shown to the wicked,
Yet he will not learn righteousness;
In the land of uprightness he will deal unjustly,
And will not behold the majesty of the Lord.

In the Millennium, the wicked will not learn righteousness.
Satan has no difficulty leading them in the final rebellion,
where they will all be destroyed by the breath of the Lord at His coming.
