No he hasn't actually claimed such. But if you look at this video at places like the 1:30 mark nobody seems to be wearing masks! And this is a Revival that features not only soul winning but healing etc. so I think they are going back to the pre-covid days.
I suspect many people will be horrified by this (Mask wearing is now considered by some the highest virtue), but I am so happy if this is true. Everybody seems to accept the Dystopia we are living in, and seems like their is a greater fear of the virus than a fear of God in the land. So keep on going Mario, I'm rooting for you.
P.S. I grew up in Kern county, and spent a few years living in Bakersfield.
P.P.S. I see some masks in the crowd. I'm guessing they are making mask wearing optional. Since this is an out door event (tent revival) he probably is immune to some of the orders etc.

Now that link makes me want to see how the virus has affected my old hometown of Ridgecrest that is in the same county, but 100+ miles away.
