Happy Sabbath to everyone.

If I have got my time zones correctly, those in New Zealand will already have the Sabbath and those in Australia will have it for just for an hour or so.

To the rest of the world it will come within the next twenty four hours or there abouts.

Whenever, Happy Sabbath.

Happy Sabbath Cliff --ours is still about 10-11 hours away.

May you be blessed with copious showers!!! And showers of blessings too.

True, we need the "showers of blessings" more that the showers to replenish the thirsty earth.

We are in a real bad dry spell, has been like this for the last 15 years. The big cities here will run out of water in less that two years if we do not get decent rain.

The valley where I live has stopped letting out water for over one year and the dam is down to less than 8% capacity. Three years ago it was less than 1%.

Oh, yes! How is the drought? Is it officially over, Cliff?

Our dam at home is full and overflowing and there are other dams that are full and what a blessings it is to have water.

But as far as the drought is concerned it is not over as the main dam is still less than 10 percent full.

The dam for Brisbane is about 34 perscent full, they have enough water for about 18 months.

The rain we have had is so very good but much more is needed to replenish the underground water supplies and fill the dams up for those in the city.

Generally speaking there has been good rains over much of the east coast of Australia and we do thank the Lord for the showers of blessings that we have had.
