So far nothing has happened, but you never can tell these days and finding out I was putting out the physical location to my house just creeped me out.

We have had an extremely wet and cool spring, so some stuff is really doing well, others not so much

The garden, well, it is growing, that is for sure. If you ever hear about something that is too good to be true, it probably is. I came across some organic compost for sale for $1 for a 20 pound bag. I bought 50 bags. It was certified organic and that is all I looked at but I am guessing that it was not hot composted as none of the seeds were killed. The first thing I noticed was Lambs quarter (Chenopodium album) growing everywhere I had put the compost. We have never seen it anywhere in the yard before so it had to have been introduced by us. At first it was easy to control, pulling 100s of plants up at a time, but the Lambs quarter is winning. I got the radishes out ok, I left a few to go to seed, lettuce was good also, cabbage is doing nicely, corn is not so good, only 1 pumpkin from three plants, all the peppers and cucumbers were overcome but the lambs quarter and the carrots are fighting the good fight but being crowded out. Lots of tomatoes and zucchini. Next year I will have raised beds and no cheap compost.

Pretty good I guess, I have been looking for a new job since May 11th and may have found one. I had been having problems posting pictures so I thought I would do one in a thread no one would see.

That happens to me too! Especially when new comers find a topic that interest them and they reply only to later find out that it has been dead for three or more years.
