Fact Check didn't demonstrate a lie but rather that there were different perspectives. You could just as easily take the same information and claim that it proves Kerry lied. So still, Kerry's performance at the confirmation hearing was clearly personally and politically motivated.

Now there arises some questions again about Obama's faith. It appears that his church may be a black separatist church. That means racist for all who want to know. I don't see this making Obama the Enemy of the Week any time soon, but as the primaries near, this could certainly come back to bite Obama and I'm sure all would agree that a racist would qualify as Enemy of the Week at some point.
