AmieeeHallo lieverd. I'd go with Kristyn without hessitation.
In (only the northern part where I'm from) of Holland we celebrate St. Maarten; which is an awfull lot like trick or treating. You go from door to door singing songs, collecting candy. There's no ghost-theme or dressing up, but you make your own decorated "lampion".

Sigh. That doesn't work around here. I keep my porch light off, and people come anyway, then I have to explain that I don't do trick or treat, then I look like a stick-in-the-mud.
Even if I sit in the house with all the lights out, some parent will have their kid knock on my door anyway, like I owe them candy because I live in the neighborhood.
The only way to avoid it is to not be home at all.

Halloween has always been satanic and demonic.
Stay at home, say a prayer for protection, and don't go out until morning the next day. Also, don't partake by giving out candy-post a small notice on your door saying that Halloween is against your beliefs and stating why.
