CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

That depends on what you mean by hacking.
If you mean breaking into computers, your use of the term is wrong, and the action itself is questionable at best.
If you mean innovative problem solving, then it's like any other problem solving; no moral qualities, depends on what you're doing with it.

Hacking is a qestion that will never get the same answer, I feel that hacking is wrong i stoped hacking for a few reasons, but one of them was cause after a while it feels wrong.

I used to hack Unix servers (linux, freebsd, etc...), but i never tried to hack into a goverment computer or anykind of really big company, i hacked into some College's.

If you want to see what is on other people's computers, you can do it legally by becoming an IT professional.

it really depends on what you're doing. If I say, I hacked up a little neat program last night and it helps you print quickly or change settings on your computer quickly then thats not bad at all. Its simply a matter of how I use it on a sentence. right?

Hacking is wrong hacking is right it all just depends on what you are doing it on and for whom. If you dont have written permission to be there than dont. They put people in jail and brand them terrorists for it now a days. Even a simple DOS can get ya busted.
