.hack//SIGN anyone?

I'm a big .hack fan, but only of SIGN and the games. I've beaten 'em all. My favorite character is Sora. I'm a newbie here, and I've seen DBZ, Trigun, Rurouni Kenshin, and other mangas/animes posted around, but no .hack, with that I'm disappointed. Anyone else here avid Project .hack fans?

Woo, after a three month break from the games I finally beat them. .hack//sign was a lot better than .hack//dusk anime (dubbed I mean) I like the manga. I just can't get used to the annoying voice overs. -.-

Yeah, I have a deep disliking for .hack//Dusk. Have you ever watched the episode Unison? You get it by buying the DVD Terminus Special Edition of .hack//SIGN.

I watched .hack//SIGN. It was good, but I found it to be a little too drawn out though.

Hmm, I never did buy that DVD. -.- On the last game movie did you see the short movie .hack//gift? That was something weird there.

I heard about it, saw screenshots of it, and I decided my head would probably explode at the sight of my two favorite characters (Crim and Sora) being so defiled.

Not to mention the comic nudity...and the pure creepiness of it all.

Yeah... Ick ick ick! But Unison was really cool, it had some nifty Sora parts too! Yup... Sora rocks.

Actually, in general having .hack//gift even made was pretty pointless. I should see this Unison thingie.

Oh ya, didn't it say in the show somewhere that Sora was actually a forth grader or something like that?

Oh Kashidi, just wondering did you actually draw your profile picture? If you did, it looks the greatest. -.-

Yeah, at the end when: SPOILER! Sora got data drained by Skeith and you see him fall into a coma in the real world, it says "Fourth Grade Schedule" or something like that on his wall. But dang, if Sora is in fourth grade, he's REALLY smart for a little kid!

Honestly, when I beat the final boss of each volume, I was really into the game. When I had to wait for a few months for the next in the series to come out, I was disappointed and heartbroken. Finally, when it did come out, I was hoping for some type of change that would make it a little more interesting, but none of the sort existed. Everything began being repetitive, and the whole series was shot (my opinion). I've never even opened the fourth game.

.Hack//SIGN was just too boring. When they take 1 1/2 minutes to pan across the screen and talk, then another 30 second scene etc. until the commercial came up, it got quite boring. I saw another .Hack on TV that looks much more promising, but the characters all look about 5 years younger... wierd. I might watch that series if I know what time it comes on.

You're talking about .hack//Dusk or .hack//Udeden or .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet. I'm not sure what it's real name is yet... Hmm... Well anyway, it takes place long after the games and everything and it's about mostly these twins that get Blackrose and Kite's character designs, Shugo (Who gets Kite's design) suddenly meets Aura and gets the bracelet... Again. I don't really like it much.

Well, if a .Hack major said it wasn't good, then I'll trust you on that one. I only saw half of one episode, and it was just action-packed, so I assumed it to be better. I guess action doesn't bring about the necessities in an anime (plot, character development, etc.). Correct me if I'm wrong.

My favorite character in .hack/sign was Tsukasa. What actually happened to Sora at the end of the anime? Did he die? And why did he like to be a "player killer"? That sounds kinda mean for a fourth grader.

My mom's an art teacher. She has a shirt that has tons of scribbles on it that says "Don't drink and draw."

If you wish to know what happened to Sora... Highlight the following text: At the very end, Tsukasa, Mimiru, and Subaru wake up Aura in this weird, scary place where Aura is hanging upside down. When she wakes up, Morganna gets really ticked, but Sora had been wataching, he jumps down from his previous hiding spot. "Well that whole drama was mildly interesting." He tells Tsukasa and everyone to take Aura and leave and he'd be right behind them. They leave, and Sora mocks Morganna some. He tries to gate out but the golden rings come up around and he doesn't go anywhere. He's confused and then Morganna: Now Sora I will show you a pain worse than death..." She summons Skeith nad Sora gets pinned to the cross, and he gets data drained. It cuts to the real world where a kid is sitting in front of a terminal and he collapses on the ground and goes into a coma. THE END!

I didn't want people who didn't know what happens next to see it if they didn't want to. Sora's probably a PKer because it's fun. If you hadn't noticed, small boys are usually pretty violent. He probably enjoyed just annoying people, I know I do.
