I would leave out "idiots" and maybe say absorbed biased information. We have to walk on egg shells. It may be that this is a turning point, again. When people don't trust or respect the legal system they have no motive to comply with it, as we have seen January 6th.

Nope. These relatives of mine are all idiots. They believe learning (other than from the Bible) is worldly and should be avoided. Several didn’t graduate high school.

The funny thing is that while they complain about the government (based on what Newsmax tells them to complain about), none of them actually know anything about it. I would bet money none of them know how many senators there are…

Does anyone else find it funny that if Trump just admitted to having an affair with Stormy Daniels in October 2016, none of this would have happened? He would have still won, he wouldn’t have had to try to cover up and end up getting convicted. That's the story that Trump's defense team tried to sell to the jury. They weren't very successful. The prosecution was able to provide multiple witnesses who testified towards Trump's interest in killing the story being based on the election.

I have a question……there’s somebody who lives in my town who has this full scale red white and blue THING on the roof of his house that says in large letters TRUMP WON! It’s been up there since Trump lost the last election. I’ve seen some posters on the boards who insist he will win in 2024. What if he doesn’t? What if he loses again? What will you Trump supporters do then? Admit it? Insist he won when he didn’t like many supporters did after the last election? Protest? What?

This is a guy who used to walk in on young women as they were changing. A guy who said he could just grab them whenever he wanted (and wherever). A guy who was found to have digitally raped a woman. A guy who slept with a porn star weeks after his wife had given birth to their son. And this is the sort of man that a lot of people want to represent their country.

I kid you not, there's not a woman I know, whatever their politics, who wouldn't tell their husband that if he voted for this guy he'd be sleeping in the spare room for quite some time.

The verdict IS final and in an appeal, they make their case to re-open the case. As for now, regardless what appeal he is applying for, he is a convicted felon facing sentencing. I wonder if it had been a black dude in the dock for murder if you would trust the judicial system? Is it his money, his connections, or his cult of personality that makes him above the law? Perhaps he should not be found guilty because you like him.

He has been found guilty so unless they re-open the case, he will remain a convicted felon. Your choice for President is a convicted felon. How does that make you feel? Perhaps if it were a violent felony, you would be willing to trust the justice system to make the proper decision (except for the rapes he paid hush money to cover up).

I don't know but my question is, why are all other people who have felony convictions felons but he is not? Considering now he can't rent an apartment or work for a bank among many many other places). I'm sure he doesn't need a job the way he juggles debt and bankruptcy and pays $0 in taxes on his billion+ dollar portfolio. Is he capable of doing anything wrong or are you ready to give all of your possessions to the Church of Trump and move to South America and drink the Kool-Aid that kills the whole colony?
