The Trump administration had this guy deported within weeks of his illegal entry back in 2018. It is not known when he recentered as far as I know. This suspect was accounted as being back in the US as of 2023 and having mental issues.

Some opinions like to believe the jury system let go a more alleged dangerous person like Daniel Penny ( who was actually protecting others). Must be DEI logic for crimes on subways and ride at your own risk. I thought public transit was touted for trying to save the planet but public safety ( meh).
