Grown Ups

Just got back from watching this, I had high hopes because I love Adam Sandler and Chris Rock..but those hopes were shot down...quick. It really wasn't that funny at all..I laughed twice at the movie. It's a lot of calling Kevin James fat and making fun of Rob Schneider's older partner...and that's it. I suggest that no one waste their time and money on this.

Aw... that's so disapointing. The previews looked so funny, but all the reviews I've seen haven't been that great.

You really had high hopes for this? The ads didn't do much to glorify this movie. They might as well have stated "this is a terrible movie" in the ads themselves.

I don't know about anyone else, but after seeing Reign Over Me, I really want to see Adam Sandler do a full drama again, cause dude can act.

Completely awful.

I was actually able to stomach watching " I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry", but Grown Ups and Bedtime Stories just went too far on the horribleness scale.

I liked Bedtime Stories. It was a kids movie, for sure. But it was cute.

I have yet to see Grown Ups.

The Lion King is a kid's movie.
Homeward Bound is a kid's movie.
Elf is a kid's movie.
The Master of Disguise is a kid's movie.

Those were all decent and watchable.

Bedtime Stories was crap.

Well, The Master of Disguise was a Happy Madison production directed mainly towards kids, so I was expecting something remotely enjoyable. Adam Sandler has done some "eh" movies, but nothing quite as horrible as Bedtime Stories and Grown Ups.
