I'm a 28 year-old guy who feels like he's 50 everyday of his life. I know why, too. It's because I am just over 300# and it's like I'm two people instead of one.
I do have a weakness for food and not diciplined. I hate veggies - litterally, some actually make me wanna puke. I jsut don't know what to do. I don't know if I should just go to a gym and start trying to bench 5lb weights or what?
I'm very out of shape and do not want to incorporate any health problems. What is the first step I should take?
