I am not a Christian.
I don't believe in the existence of god.
And I don't believe in the power of prayer.
I do however lead a moral life, I'm polite to those around me and am as helpful and understanding as I can be. "Why come here then you atheist weirdo?" you might ask, well I'll tell you. Being a rational guy, I've decided to give Christianity a chance, I'm reading the 'Six days' book, a compilation of creationist essays and have set up an account here to take part in informed discussion. This is not to say I will agree with everything you say, there's every chance I will do my darndest to present evidence counter to your beliefs in threads but I'll do this in the politest way possible.

Hi, I'm Simon, I'm a 16 year old guy from Swindon in the south west of England. My various interests include Warhammer 40,000, a table top war game, World of Warcraft, a MMORPG and whatever else takes my fancy (which is usually limited to lying in bed or having a drink with some buddies painting). A great deal of time is taken up with my A-Level studies (for you folks state side I'm not sure what the equivalent is, sorry) and the near constant battle with my mother (I'm 16 after all!).
So... yeah, here I am!
