Hello! I am a newbie and thought I should introduce myself.

As you can probably see, I am an Agnostic. I believe that there is a supreme being, but I am not entirely sure that it is specifically the Christian god.

I look forward to deep philosophical, scientific, or other discussions!

If you want to get technical then, since you do believe in a supreme being, you are a deist or a theist. Of course, you could prefix either with "agnostic." In any event, welcome from a DC transplant! Many happy memories of Virginia!
