Trying not to make the intro awkward... howdy to anyone reading, I'm Andrew.

I've been looking for a good forum to join, but most forums I've been running into seem to be full of pompous users just looking for arguments; I hope this forum isn't like that! More importantly, I'm hoping to find encouraging discussions that help strengthen my faith, because I seem to keep falling into a roller coaster relationship in my faith, and I'd rather get off that ride and stay on firm footing.

Hello everyone. I've recently started going back to church after way too many years of not going. For the first time, I actually feel a calling to keep going back to church and learn more about God's word. In the past few years, members of my extended family have struggled with drug addictions and things like that and I've been racking my brain trying to figure out where we have been going wrong. I truly think a strong relationship with God is what we are missing. I hope to be able to continue to strengthen my faith and enjoy some fellowship as well. This forum looks like a great place to do that.
