My brother had a dream that my current boyfriend showed up at my place with a ring he came in a walked directly into my room. As the room door was slightly open he could see him pull out the ring the ring was a normal ring but it was radiant with the color green. As he knelt down to ask me to marry him he saw my brother and ask him to go and get my mom and as my brother preceded up stairs he awoke from his dream..Why was the ring green...?

CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Does your brother like your fiance? Maybe the green symbolizes "go, green light" etc, ie, your brother approves of your fiance marrying you.

I wouldn't put too much thought into the meaning of the dream but rather think about what this dream is doing to you. Clearly you have a lot of doubts about this relationship. Whatever you do, don't marry someone if you have nagging doubts.

Where do you see any doubts by what she posted... she asked a question, "Why is the ring green."
She raised not one doubt about her boyfriend or the relationship.
Can you "clearly" show me her doubts?

Where does it say in my question that I have doubts about him or the relationship....I ask god to reveal to me whether or not If this the guy I should be marrying for god see further then we can truly see. And that's when these dreams started to surface not me but to my relatives instead..So please don't confuse my words..Thank you...Still need someone to interpret the dream and the color green..thanks and god bless...

Where does it say in my questioned that I have doubts about him or the relationship...I ask god to send me answer to my prayer that I've been asking if this is the man he want me to marry and sent the dreams I believe is the answer to my prayers to my relatives instead...So I believe these dreams are a message for the most high God almighty....So please don't confuse my words. What is clear to you is mud to me... where does she convey that she is "worried" about the green ring... she simply is asking a question.... "Why is the ring green?"
No where do I read, worried at all.

"Clearly" you were assuming, guessing and down right making up stories of which the poster had not even hinted at.
I am not trying to bust your chops here... but we need to be very careful what we write and "clearly" examine what we are reading of others posts. To read between the lines is very dangerous on this type of medium... it leads one to severely misrepresent the intent of the other posters words.

Green as "go" is an interesting interpretation. I would also consider healing and health to be attached to the color.

Green represents many things to us:
Christmas -- eek a ring so soon? Lol jumping to conclusions.
Grass and trees -- life, growth, health, prosperity, comfort in things going well
The lighter green of spring shoots --new things forming
Plants don't talk back -- Silly I know, but so much of our surroundings are green, and very little of it represents animal life. Plants are quietly supportive, always there for you. The few green animals are quiet and lurk or bask (okay, alligators have their moments.)
The yellower green of bruises and pond scum -- things going sour, something amiss
Flag green -- Islam uses a variety of greens in flags and mosque walls
Alien neon green -- some people see neon green lights in visions or real life, related to spirits, often unclear conclusions but certainly get attention
Traffic lights -- as mentioned, go
Envy -- although I don't think most of us would get dream symbols like that
Emerald -- In contrast to the usual diamonds for weddings, this might show some different intents about commitment. If a friend got an emerald ring, some relative would be bound to criticize it for not being a real wedding ring.
Ask your brother if there were emotions attached -- things he felt or worried about during the dream. Relief, concern, shock, reassurance. In predictive dreams often these are not the dreamer's real emotions, but show something about the situation.
