In loving memery of my grandma:

Grandma was a remarkable person. She tought dealf kids to hear. She had a way of reaching out to everyone. She fought Cancer for 8 long hard years but never complained. She always was smiling and didn`t want people to worry. Instead of having people worry she helped them. At her funneral there was there was over 200 people (people were there she hadn`t see in 40 year.) and we resived over 40 baskets of flower. The church, nabrior, and friend brought us food for 4 straight weeks. And all the phone call the phone was alway ringing and people were over all the time in the day before she died and the weeks after. That was just amazing to us (my family and my aunt and her kids). We never realize what a big inpact our Grandma had on people. The saddest part for us was knowing that she wanted to go to my cousins wedding in august will not be there now she tryed so hard to hang on so she could be there. But at least she doesn`t have to suffer anymore and she can watch from above.

My Grandmother

Roberta Embrey was beloved wife and mother of two and grandmother of eight. She was very special to me because she was always there when I needed her. She would always make a point to spend time me.
Roberta Bobbitt was born on April 27, 1930 in the lovely town of Kansas City, Kansas. She taught at the Kansas school for the Deaf until she moved to Olathe, Kansas where her two beautiful and loving daughters were born. In 1963 her family moved to the great city of Tulsa, Oklahoma were she resided until her retirement when she moved to the even better city of Claremore, Oklahoma.
The best times I had at my grandparents house was when I would stay for a week at a time. I would play with my grandmother from sunup to sundown. Every time I saw her she always had her bright red lipstick and clip on earrings on. She always served me tasteful Macaroni and cheese and jell-O with marshmallow.
The saddest time of my life happened on February 24, 2004 when my wonderful grandmother passed away due to breast cancer. My grandparents home seems empty without her presence. She will always be in my heart and I miss her everyday.
