CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

its funny you say this because I am called to be a misisonary and I had to do something very similar recently in college. It helped me so much because it forced me to begin the road that God has put in front of me . First off I would have to ask what denomination are you and then I would say I would look for that denominations webpage for info on how to become one through them. WAIT WAIT sorry first pray that is very important and then second go to your pastor and talk to him about what you have been called to do. then go to what i said about the webpage now for info on it. I will get back to ya on a webpage when I find it.

Hi. I must say, when I first realized I was called, I did not look to the internet (although this site is great). I prayed, read the bible, and talked to my pastor/family/friends.
