Weeellll, I guess you could say I have done my part to help my fellow man in need. It was quite rewarding in its own way. I did feel somewhat blessed by my helping another.

Despite the fact that, after I helped this traveller to his feet, he promptly thrust a dagger in my back.

Never trust those you help out regardless of how trustworthy they seem. Sometimes I am almost sorry I try.

also, neverstop trusting. it makes the world go 'round. but seriously. don't stop trusting people jsut because you had a bad incident, or a few for that matter. of course, there is an obvious limit, but don't be afraid to trust people.
