Good free games with low requirements?

Hi all,
I am looking for some free games with low requirements. I like multiplayer games so try to stay in that section.
Here are the games I know of thus far:
1) Marathon
2) Nexuiz
3) Open Arena
4) Quake Live
5) Americas Army
6) Urban Terror
7) Paradise Paintball

Any other ones you know of would be great.
Mac or PC.
But, my mac is a bit faster and has a little bit better graphics card than PC... so PC requirements should be extremely low.

Low requirements for 3D based games or games that use 2D sprites like Starcraft 1?

If you're looking for 2D I like to spend time here and there on Starport GE, it's an online science-fiction type MMO where you can colonize planets, fly around star systems, battle ships, etc.
