I'm going to offline for a while, unless I sneak up to my sister's more often But, the hard drive in my laptop has died, so until I get repairs done, I'm outies...

Don't you just hate it when a HD dies??

I don't know you but I do hope to see you back in the forums very soon.

I'm very aware on how expensive laptops are and if fixing the HD is more then it's worth, go to Wal-mart and get one of the HP desktops. If my laptop ever dies, that's where i'm headed.

Good luck with the repairs.

Thanks, but this laptop does double duty...
I use it at church for projecting lyrics and other graphics during worship service times...

I'm just praising God that the powerpoint that was to go behind our Easter production was able to be saved! I had sent a finished copy to murron since she'd helped me find graphics for it....Thank God for huge blessings or we wouldn't have had it...

There are small praises through this....but I'm still finding reasons to rejoice....if nothing else...I'm only dieing once

There is a moderator selling his laptop (very reasonable) at CWS. He's moving and getting married and is trying to get rid of some of his stuff to cover moving expenses. I sent him the link to this thread...and hope you will contact each other.

I realize I'm new here. I am also a moderator at CWS and have been there for 4 years. I say that to tell you that I can vouch for this guy.

Whatever, I would probably go nuts if my computer died...so I hope you're back up and running soon.
