I think yellow gold is my choice in gold. If I had a choice of a watch or pendant material, though, it would be Tungsten due to its strength and looks. I have a Tungsten ring but they can be tricky because if your finger gets caught the ring cannot be cut!

(chocolate gold...oh my)

I don't like it for it's value. I just think that silver against my skin tone is a bit harsh.

I also love that kind that is black, but has kind of a......sheen or "oily" transition color thing. Anyone know what that is? You know, it's black but has some varying colors to it as you move it about in the light?

It's stainless steel for all I know. I like it though.

White gold. Platinum is nice too.

This. And rose gold.

I like yellow gold, but not by itself. If it's a tangled Givenchy-esque chain necklace of white & yellow, yes. But a big, heavy plain yellow gold chain? No. I'm no guidette.

I'm doubting hematite, but it's what's coming to mind.

I'm on a silver kick lately because I just can't afford pure gold. :|
