LOL...I am humored at what you have purposed...and I tend to agree. If God were to hit "Refresh" every generation or so, I think we would all be surprised...after all, that was then, and this is now.

However...it is not God who changes with the times...but people. But that is not to say that the interpretation of scriptures should not change...because the interpretation of previous generations could very well have been wrong, or even allowed to go as error by God. We need to factor in that it was God himself who confused all language (at the tower of Babel), fully intending that His word would not return void...in spite of misinterpretations.

So, then...the KJV: a milestone for sure. But perhaps the only modern translation that was approved by God through His providence over the matters of history. Modern intellect is certainly no substitute for the will of God over His word. Indeed, the same sort of blindness placed upon Israel, is evident in Christendom. LOL

The string beginning in Revelation 2:12 appears to be in regards to the Creation from everlasting, and the original sin. From the beginning, Lucifer is a liar, and murdered Antipas, "the deep", when he said in his heart that he would, "ascend into heaven."
