a) what does this apply to on the Fifth Day?

What then (in geologic time scale) proceeded biologically? Was there evolution of creatures over geologic time?

No, but there was descent with modification within kinds in a population over time.

Did the evolution of creatures on Earth produce the Earth's fossil record (the fossils mankind has found in the sedimentary column)?

No. Descent with modification within His and Their kinds did.

2. Prehistoric man
a) You did clarify Prehistoric man were not Human but from apes. Does this mean that the Prehistoric man (and people) evolved from apes (as would be defined by modern evolutionary biology by either Darwinism, Neo-Darwinism, Extended Modern Synthesis)?

He was terribly wrong since Humans were made billions of years before the first life appeared in the water of our planet, at God's command on the 5th Day. Where was the First Firmament when Day 5 Second Firmament was changing over the multiple hundreds of millions of years; (during the geologic periods when processes were occuring on Earth like mountian building (vast magmatic uplifts followed by extensive erosion with sedimentation/sedimentary strata formation).

He then placed dry ground on top of the water Genesis 1:9-10 which made a Flat Earth, which was only 22.5 feet on top of its mountains, since they were covered with water when the Global flood was upon Adam's Earth. After Adam sinned and died Genesis 5:5 the first Earth had only some 800 years left before the flood would totally destroy it. When the thoughts of man's heart was only evil, continually, Gen 6:7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

Eleven thousand years ago in the mountains of Ararat the first firmament of Adam appeared in the waters of Lake Van, Turkey and the canopy on top was opened. It rained for 40 days and nights and the first firmament sank, releasing the Ark into our world. Some, whom I have swapped thoughts with and I have come to a consensus that God spoke Adam's firmament, from the water in the multiverse into the water of Lake Van. The first firmament is still at the bottom of the Lake.

It protected Adam's Earth from the water which totally surrounded it for billions of years, so being covered with 11k years of volcanic debris shouldn't affect it. Tell every TV preacher and scientist looking for a grant, where to find it. It's the most valuable treasure on planet Earth for it's proof of life from another world.

When it is burned, it will remain buried in the ground of the multiverse, forever. ALL Christians or the host of Heaven, will be safely in Heaven then and God will cease creating, for His work of creating a perfect physical Heaven will be finished or brought to perfection Genesis 2:1 and God will cease and celebrate from ALL of His creating with His children, forever. God's Scriptural Timeline

23 Billion years ago, before the first Day, there was no God in physical form. This invisible Spirit spoke and changed Energy in His world into matter in the physical world. He created air, dust and water which appeared in a cold, dead, world of darkness. Anything He brought into the physical world was also subject to Death. How could God ever have a perfect physical Heaven?
Showing His superior intelligence, God said, "Let there be Light" and Jesus appeared in the world of darkness. Jesus would defeat death and bring light and life to this world of darkness. Jesus IS the Light of the first Day and is brighter than the noonday Sun. Jesus talked about this Day just before His Crucifixion:

Jhn 17:5 And now, O Father, glorify Thou Me with Thine own self with the glory (brightness) which I had with Thee before the world was.

17 Billion years ago, The first world/firmament was made the 2nd Day. Genesis 1:6-8 It was totally immersed in water, with water above and below it, showing it was self-sufficient and transportable to anywhere in the multiverse.
14+ Billion years ago God makes Adam's Earth Gen 1:9-10 Day 3
14 Billion years ago Adam is formed Gen 2:4 Day 3
13.8 Billion years ago The Big Bang of our Cosmos occurs. Day 3
