Numbers 11:29
And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the Lord'S people were prophets, and that the Lord would put his spirit upon them!

Shouldn't this be our desire too?

Yet Moses said to him: Are you zealous for my sake? O that all the people of Yahweh were prophets! For Yahweh put His spirit on them.

YHWH has already put his ruach on his people, at least since the time of Moses. So much for that wild notion that those who walk in the Ruach, don't need to walk in the Torah.

There are those influenced and persuaded by the Holy Spirit but they are not necessarily ones who are "born again" with the indwelling of the spirit of God. To be a prophet of God you need to be incounsel
with God,. Not just praying but listening and obeying, seeking to be taken to His throne to stand before Him and hear and see it all.

In the end days there will be two witnesses chosen to go before the throne of God and given the understanding of Dan and Rev in today's details, to prepare a people for His return. To prepare them for what the last days entail and the time frame by which it will all come to pass. And they are willing to do this knowing that it prophecied of them that they would be beheaded for this.

To be filled with the Ruach? Of course. But, there is enough reason to be cautious regarding a claim to be a prophet, both in Torah (Devarim 13) and in the B'rit Chadashah (1 Corinthians 14). Those who prophesy at HaShem's direction do well, but those who speak a word which HaShem has not spoken are subject to judgment.
