1 Corinthians 13:6 says that love does not delight in evil.
God does not delight - or rejoice in - evil and all through the OT we can see that he punishes evil. I think it's safe to say that he hates it.

Besides, In Genesis 1, God said that all his creation was very good, Gen 1:31. He wouldn't have said that if he had created evil and does not delight in it.

This isn't a mere philosophical question, but is also deeply theological. The Christian religion maintains that the material creation is good, real, and knowable.

No, but you could change your mind about believing in a Flat Earth model that makes every astronaut, scientist and NASA administrator out to be a liar, when there are alternative models of the Flat Earth which do not require this. The enemy has had thousands of years to deceive, and has succeeded over most of the world.

Satan’s schemes to destroy us and do us harm are built around stealth and deception but as Paul writes to the Corinthians "we are not ignorant of his schemes." (2 Corinthians 2:11 +) In 2 Corinthians 2:11 + the word schemes is not methodeia but noema [from nous = mind] and refers to the content of thinking and reasoning.

The devil's first trick is to convince people that there is no devil - that the cartoon image of a little man in red tights carrying a pitchfork is a myth. Then people will laugh off the occult, think that horoscopes and fortune-telling are just "harmless fun" and blame God for evil; saying that he wanted and created it.

I was talking about non-Christians. The devil tries to convince non-Christians that there is no such thing as the devil, and that all evil, and disasters, are God's fault.

Well then, you need to explain my previous verses.
God is light, God is perfect, God is love - love does not rejoice in evil.
Besides that, God punishes those who do evil. If he created it, he would be punishing those who practised something that he had made.

Evil wasn't created; it came about because men decided to reject God, his will and his commands.
The devil is the source of evil.

You've been told the answer to that; you won't accept it.

According to you, the Bible contradicts itself.
God punishes those who do evil - see Noah, book of Judges, those in the OT who turned away from God.
God is love and does not delight in evil.
God is light and there is no darkness in him at all.
But there is one verse in one translation of the Bible which says that God created evil - i.e. he is responsible for it - and you accept that over all other passages and revelations about God.
