  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Father God, I lift this young man up to You. I ask that You minister to his hurting heart LORD. I pray that You would help him know You in a real way, recognize how much he needs You and that You are right there with him. I ask that You give him a hunger for Your Word like he has not known before, and a need for Your people to encourage and support him. Thank You Father for Your unending love and faithfulness to us, in Jesus' name, amen.
in Him, Leslie

Father God, I lift this young man up to you right now, Lord. I pray that you will fill his soul with the longing to know you more. I pray that he will fill his heart with your words and come to an understanding. Lord we know you love us, more than we could ever know and I pray that he will find comfort in you and continue to reach out to you. Lord thank you for the many blessings that you give us. Thank you for your forgiveness of our sins. I pray this in your precious name, Amen.

so after all these years, the God still ignores me.

i've done everything i can think of to get an answer and still nothing.

i've tried being good, i've prayed IN FAITH, i've done it all.

What exactly did you ask of God?

One think I constantly remind myself of is that I CAN'T put a time limit on God. I just ask him for the outcome I desire instead of giving him a date and time he has to answer by. I'm available to discuss things with you.

Father enlighten him with your wisdom. You died for us when we were still sinners, how much more now that we seek your face.
Come through for him to the glory of your name. He seeks today, guide him with your light to find in Jesus name.

Why Are There Delays?

JAMES 1:2-4 NIV
2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4 Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Why are prayers not all answered instantly? Why don't we always experience the blessings promised in the Bible immediately?

If all results were instant, we could never walk in faith.
Without faith, we could never please God.(Hebrews11:6)

If you always reaped the harvest of your deeds immediately, the incentive to do right and refrain from wrongdoing would only be selfish. No faith, or love for God, would be required.

During delays we have opportunity to demonstrate whether we really love God, and trust Him, or not.

A delay is a test. Without testing, there could be no reward.
God does not test us so that we can fail, but so that we can overcome. He believes we will make it with His help.

We desire an instant manifestation of victory. What God
desires is for us to press into Him and His Word and walk in faith until we see victory.

To overcome there must be opposition and struggle. God cannot always shield us from problems without taking away from us the privilege of overcoming.

Victory is sweet. What makes it sweet is that it is not easy.

If we really trust God, time is not a problem. Leave that with God. His timing is perfect and He is dependable! We know He promised, and can never fail -- and that is enough.

SAY THIS: I will persevere in faith, and the Bible says I will end up not lacking anything.

The Door Is Open...Will You Come?

"A wide door has been open to me and with it are many adversaries." 1 Corinthians 16:9

God is always giving us opportunities to move forward in life. It is God's desire that you grow and reach your full potential. Anytime you take a step forward, the enemy will try to bring opposition and adversity against you. But God promises that through Him, you can overcome any opposition the enemy brings your way.

When you step out in faith and the opposition comes, stand your ground and keep doing what you know to do. Keep on praying. Keep reading and speaking the Word. Keep going to church. Keep walking in love and forgiveness, and keep your heart tender. When the enemy sees that you are more determined than he is, he'll back down and you will move forward to new levels of victory! Stay focused and full of joy no matter what comes against you. As you do, you will overcome opposition and discover the champion in you!

God, I know it is Your will that Our Echelon grow strong in faith. Help him to reach his full potential. Help him to push through the doors of opportunity that You open for him—no matter what holds him back. Thank you for challenging him to live a life of victory! In Jesus' name – Amen.

God Bless and keep you in his Loving Care!
