You guys can compare the components and schematics of your printed circuit boards but how does this identify the power that energizes either printed circuit? Comparing components and schematics does not identify the electricity (spirit) that powers them, I think that you men are wasting your time, IMHO

IMO, The spirit in which is in you cannot be identified in this manner. That's another phenomenon.

Christ spoke to spirits, not the flesh in all cases, but only when he had to identify, and identify with the spirit within the subject. This is a gift, not just something that any man can do.

I am glad that you are aware of the fact that modern "scholars" have, for the most part, followed a Pier Piper on the ancient manuscripts. The ones they call "superior" have many passages deleted, and diverge in many places from the vast bulk of ancient manuscripts.

These manuscripts are held in high esteem because they are thought to be so much older that any copies of what is called "the majority text," and thus they call the majority "lower quality" manuscripts. Most of these few "best" manuscripts originated in Egypt, which scholars point out is a desert area, and say that is why the manuscripts lasted so long.

But more sober scholars answer in two ways. Some reasonably argue that the reason these manuscripts lasted so long was that ancient Christians did not trust them, and thus did not use them. Other scholars have studied these "best" manuscripts in detail, and concluded that instead of being better than the others, they are highly inferior, showing unmistakable signs of having been willfully revised from the original scriptures. The scholars seem to forget that Alexandria, the spiritual center of Egypt, their version of the Catholic's Vatican, as it were, was a hotbed of heresy. And the ancestral path leading to these "best" manuscripts unquestionably leads right through the center of that heretical faction.

A prime case of this is the Sinaiticus, in which the single leaf containing the end of Mark and the beginning of Luke is in a different handwriting. The last twelve verses of Mark are missing and the lettering of the last part of Mark that is included is widely spaced. I have personally counted the letters and published a calculation proving that if the letters had been spaced the same in this section the same as they were in the sections immediately before and after it, there would have been plenty of room for even the longest known ancient version of these twelve verses. This is compelling evidence that, at some time after the manuscript was completed, someone intentionally removed an original sheet which contained these twelve verses, and replaced it with a sheet with then deleted. Yet this is considered one of the very best of all ancient manuscripts!

Good morning CP, what I mean is beyond this approach; I see the verse as a title of a schematic booklet and this title is on either of your booklet's, which are the schematics in this parallel idea, the difference is your mind's and what is stored up in the greater portions. I spoke about this in my thread about digital minds in a parallel. Each one of us are different people and the simple evidence is in our behavior, which are our fruit's. Now, in any case of debates is the same as comparing apples with oranges because the debate is actually over the stored knowledge in the storehouse, and not of the one and only God. If we were all on the same page and in the same book there would be no debates nor questions. Scripture says that no man will be instructing his brother after Christ comes in His new Revelation that updates the world for our present day with Him. An Ending must come first before the New Beginning and we have work to do.

I can talk until I'm blue and never share all of my mind with another nor can they with me. IMO, I believe that we should spend more time in the Word and every lasting moment that we can afford instead of trying to bring Muslims to Christ because no man will ever do that, it's prophesied that all evil faith's will perish and it doesn't mean that all die by flesh but in mind as God will give them a new mind and a new heart of flesh that is soft and not vile against our brethren.

If you really want to bring any Muslim to Christ then please register on any Muslim discussion forum, and that's if you can get into one, and try to preach to them? Tell them that they are satanic and AC, and see how far you get, my brother!

It was then a country, today it's a world as countless as the sands on the seashores and the stars in heaven.

Muslims are like preterists, they have a way around everything in our Bible, they debate the same way. But i would take the approach of Ravi Zacharias, and show the difference between Christs love, and Allah's dictatorial style of regime rule..

I understand what your getting at. However.......I have had certain things happen to me that caused me to search out answers....and there are answers if one wants to look for them.

When is the last time you have heard any church get into what Ezekiel saw, or what those beasts are doing around the throne? Is that for our knowledge, or is that just "filler" to make a much more impressive bible?

Its possible to understand all of it, and I have been prompted to do so. Not by creating my own version, but by relating to my experiences.

No more just tossing out a verse because it seems strange and I cant understand it....If I cant understand it, it is my own fault for being so closed minded. Sooner or later the meaning will manifest.

This is very good, and I don't discredit anything that either of you hold sincere in your heart, and I should have noted this to you as well as CP, I'm sorry. But my point is that being that we don't have all of the answers, and it ends up in debates over the spirit, and it always gets personal, and that will not settle anything as it actually takes a turn in the topic; as I was saying, they are two different things.

I see that you have the right spirit and understanding of your position and the willingness to learn, knowing that it's infinite, I'm sure. The thread will lose focus and I'm only trying to bring mediation before it attracts attention from the Judges of CF, Lol Love comes first and comes from above. Dear SC, I forgot about your statement about Ezekiel. You seem like you have the right open mind to try different perspectives, and I offer a clue for now, one that I found very interesting in a parallel. I look for natural-cosmo to spiritual symbolic parallel's as well because certain things were around then and for always so I look to the heavens for signs, symbols and parallel things that can also be counterfeit but this one thing that I found is a parallel in the Orion constellation where we see a trapezium of bright stars, and this might be the natural parallel to where the Heavenly Throne is center of the trapezium. The 4 stars are the 4 angels.

Use your imagination and search your heart and mind deep for God, He will show you things but be cautious as Satan will do all that he can to lead to off course, test everything that comes to you, it must all be in sync. Testing is a form of testing a chain for broken or weak links. You don't want to rely on a chain that lays in a pile of others and discover that you had two different ends, neither.

Sorry mate, but the Great Commission applies to Muslims as well. God loves them as well! My mother and father in law spent many years on the mission field in Thailand witnessing to Muslims, and it wasn't until some close friends of theirs were martyred that the local Muslims realised they were serious, and started to become Christians. In other words, it is hard work, but the gospel can save even Muslims, and it is well worth doing!

Well, yes, there is the matter of HOW one communicates the gospel! Islam might indeed be Satanic in origins and outcomes, but then again, so is listening to One Direction, but I don't stand up in a One Direction concert and tell all those screaming teenage girls that they're Satanic. No, it's probably more prudent to gently explain the love of Christ and freedom from sin and our rebirth into a new, living relationship, not an older covenant of law. There are many fine resources for compassionately, carefully, tenderly sharing the gospel with Muslims. (CP doesn't know how to discuss climate change with a brother-in-Christ without standing up on his soap box and screaming "I HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT! TA-DA!!!!!!", so I doubt he's up to the point yet of being able to gently share the gospel with Muslims without rubbing it in their noses first).

Assertion is not proof. You assert it is heresy, but do not prove it. Heresy's a pretty strong word for a version of the bible hundreds of millions of people prefer. I declined to watch your youtube when you freely admitted you'd only been a Christian a month when you made it. We've been discussing what you meant by "I am given in Spirit to discern the Word," which sounds like a spooky subjectivist justification for not actually demonstrating your claims.

While a Protestant view of Sola Scriptura is a passion of mine, it's not what this thread is about. Please try to stay on the subject of this thread, according to forum rules.

I know many Phd theologians who accept global warming, and many Phd scientists who are Christians. There is no need to choose between believing the bible and believing what we can test again and again and again in a good physics lab. No need at all.
