Global Unity!

Dear Father our God in Heaven we come boldly to Your Throne of Grace to pray to You Dad as a Global Family in Global Unity for gathering together. Father we know by reading Your Word that it says that 'You will gather" in Isaiah 56:8, so we are here to help You by willingly coming together for this Global Cause pleasing Jesus, Col. 3:23. Thank You Lord for Your mercy over us and changing our minds as You have taught us, for it is Your Will and it is in Your Word Romans 12:1-3 to do so in Jesus' Name. Thank You God for allowing us to help unify, Amen!

It is nice to pray for souls everywhere to be saved, and be a good testimony in all that we say or do or think. Note what Jesus said about the world in John 3: 16-18 and that all mankind is "condemned already" (by birth). There will be no peace and unity 'til the Lord returns and establishes His Kingdom. We should not try to "unify" the world, I believe, but call them out to the Savior by the Gospel message ---would you say? There should be peace and unity among the real saints of God, though, but alas there is not. Let us pray the saints of God everywhere will seek "unity of the Faith" as God enjoins us. Keep looking up!

Since we are following the Word of God and not our own understanding, also note: What God says, "He will gather", in Isaiah 56:8 and according to His Word ALL that we do should be for Christ Jesus, in Colossians 3:23. Jesus also taught us, "teaching them to observe ALL things whatsoever I have commanded YOU", in Matthew 28:18-20. This is the Great Commission of Christ that we were asked to do. Tell, teach, unify! Jesus also told us basicly in His Word, if you are NOT "gathering" with me you are scattering", in Matthew 12:30. We should not be scattering, tear down or telling any one NOT to do the work of the Lord. Everyone should do what's in their heart to help Jesus, especially baptized born again soldiers of Christ. We don't know God's Plans! If there is no peace for them there is no peace for us. Work at all times, do all things our job never ends, would you say? Let's increase Heaven together shall we? I was DELIGHTED and REJOICED to see the peace, joy and union of believers IN THE NT>

and it is still totally and absolutely true today as it was then. Just not where I expected it at first ! (I almost went crazy expecting 'churches' all over the place to live like Jesus says to live.... )...

Anyway, you're right, - world wide will only be increased chaos and disaster and persecution of people devoted to Jesus , as Jesus said would happen - it did and is happening....
until Jesus comes and destroys the armies surrounding Jerusalem.
Jesus will grant His people peace on earth at that time, freedom from persecution and all they suffer today still.

The rest of the world will benefit also - everywhere, if they do what Jesus says to do.
(He tells what will happen if they don't, somewhere in Scripture)

Before then though, everything is being summed up in a system Jesus warned about many times, especially in Revelation.

Hi brother, I think we would all like to get behind what you're saying, but these is some confusion about the kind of unity you are talking about. Are you speaking of the sweet unity of the body of Christ, or are you speaking about bringing the world together as one? The reason it is necessary to ask is because there are many strange doctrines out there, such as dominionism, a branch of which teaches that Christians can bring about Heaven on Earth by eventually coming to power over all the nations. The word however teaches that due to the increase of lawlessness, the love of many will grow cold, and that evil men will wax worse and worse, eventually leading to a one world government controlled by the Antichrist. I think if you precisely defined what you mean by unity, instead of these general terms, people here could add an amen to your admonition.

Everything I write is for the One and only True God Jesus Christ. Anytime I come on here is for prayer for Christ Jesus' World, I'm speaking of the Body of Christ, nothing crazy or evil!!!
