unless someone already posted this, glenn can be seen on fox news channel at 4pm CST. he moved from cnn a while back....
I listen to Rush, but prefer glenn. i feel rush is republican first, then conservative. glenn has conservative values, but will call out a republican when they're wrong.
if you go to his site at glennbeck.com you can visit the "We Surround Them" link. give it a try.....

I used to watch Beck on CNN sometimes and thought about the same of him them. I've seen him in little bits and pieces recently and it appears he has really gone off the deep end.hello
Thought I'd throw my two cents in. I'm a Glenn Beck fan, as well. One of the things I like about him is he's not afraid to call it as he sees it. I give him credit for that because so many are afraid to speak out. One of the things I don't like about him is on occassion he appears a little puffed up. No judgement. My problem with it is it could drive off some who might have otherwise gotten something out of it. jmo

Honestly, I think he's lost it.
I doubt people who lean more liberal will like Beck - or his
message.
He hasn't gone off any deep end, he's just an emotional drama king.
Some men are just more emotional tho.
I watch some of his shows & if he gets too mellow dramatic,
I'll turn it. His message is on target tho for the most part.
I'm not into conspiracy theories (altho I do know they exist) and
sometimes I think some of his info or stories might be a little
in the conspiracy realm.
When that happens, I might turn the channel or listen and take
it for what it's worth - maybe it'll be true when time plays out.
Drama king is a good word, too. Definitely melodramatic. I agree is message is usually right on. I lean conservative about most of the time. He, at least, delves into religion and issues related on occasion. I don't always agree with them, but at least he's putting it out there in a time when fewer and fewer are.
Oh Lord HELP US.Yep, he's heavy on the drama but in times like these it's needed IMO.
Beck is interviewing a member of Great Britains Parliament regarding how England has been bankrupted by Prime Minister Brown. Everything he's saying is exactly what Obama is trying to do here and he's urging us not to follow the template that's been tried and failed over there.
Oh Lord HELP US.
Now there's something I can pray for... I have a hard time
praying for this man as he sinks us in the hole and talks down
to us.
I never thought I'd appreciate Bill Clinton till now - I've
actually grown some appreciation for him.
That might tell you how I feel about ObamaNation
in what ways is Obama worse than Clinton?
I think I can catch it, but anyway.I'm sorry Lady Bug, I can't bring myself to defend Clinton.
If you don't know perhaps some other brave soul will tell you.
Hint: Balanced budget.
what do you say to someone who is defending Obama's tax hikes because they think that the rich should be able to deal with being taxed and because they think that the government won't function without these taxes?
yeah maybehow about this?
yeah maybestill open to answers that contain words lol.
The answer is bankruptcy and the end of America as a World Power. At this point, that might be a good thing as it would remove a major source of abortion funding from the world. The question I have for everyone here if we don't tax the richer people who do we tax? What's the solution when our nation is so in debt?
If the federal taxation rate is compared with the wealth distribution rate, the net wealth (not only income but also including real estate, cars, house, stocks, etc) distribution of the United States does almost coincide with the share of income tax - the top 1% pay 36.9% of federal tax (wealth 32.7%), the top 5% pay 57.1% (wealth 57.2%), top 10% pay 68% (wealth 69.8%), and the bottom 50% pay 3.3% (wealth 2.8%).
I so agree, I truly believe this all stems from coveting & jealousyExactly JustAsIam77 - well said! They already pay more tax per dollar generally - and many are happy to be paying more tax because they know they live well. But remember that these are the same people who run business', hire employees and help prop up the economy - and continually portraying them as 'fat cats' in an us (poor working class good guy) vs them (rich greedy exploitative corporate bad guy) is not going to bode very well for either economic or social stability.
Certainly have legislation that protects against rediculous greed and risky practice - which I hope will come in now after all of this - but I think the government needs to work with the wealthy as well as the poor, instead of simply taking more and trying to share it around for them.
