Well at least you are fair to say you really don't know anything about the man. He is a treasure trove of quotes but most of them are from founders or from people like MLK because he's not inventing anything new, his ideas are tried and true ones from great people of our past.

Lol, far from it, actually. I used that quote more as a tongue-in-cheek reference to eldermike's post about Glenn Beck only. Just because Beck can and does quote wonderful people like MLK Jr. and the like doesn't mean he is like those people, just as the "devil" isn't holy because he can quote Scriptures.

Beck called Obama a racist. Beck has to accept his share of responsibility for inciting people to violence with his attacks against Obama.

Obama supports racist policies. Therefore, he is a racist. I am fascinated how modern liberals, reasoning with their emotions, become so vexed when you point of facts that jive with their worldview. They become, in some cases literally, violent against people who point out realities which cause them dissonance. Regardless of the amount of violence suffered this is absurd. To the liberal there is nothing wrong with the Emperor walking around naked, only with saying he has no clothes on.

Oh noes! The dreaded backwards B! I remember that. People have made some good points throughout the thread. For instance, why would Beck stay for almost the entire movie with people shouting at him and his family, and why remain in such a hostile environment? He says the crowd applauded? Obviously he had many fans. How is that hostile? There is no video for this, and so I must go all Breitbart (minus the reward) and claim it never happened until people present real proof.

Yeah, I could really care less. Given that this seems to be a large event, not liberally focused, and the only person giving an account is Beck himself, I wouldn't be surprised if he made it up, especially since the only place it seems to be showing up is a conservative website dedicated too "OMIGOSH SEE THE LIBERALS ARE BASHING US!"
